"But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."- Isaiah 40:31
Our new temporary life has been wonderful. We are settled into a temporary home for a few months and are enjoying being back in the city and reconnecting with life here. We've been blessed with precious friends, family time, and more English than we've gotten in 2 years! God is good.
Here are a few pictures of our "new temporary". But really, this whole life is just temporary! It's how we should live each day! We should focus on eternity and our heavenly home.
Isabelle, SM, and Eloise! What beautiful friends these girls are!
Photo bomber baby J!
Baby J decided he'd like to dance with the pretty girls!
Our pet! He lives on our back wall!
Our crew! We love this group of people so much! They now come over every Tues. night for pizza! What a blessing they are in our lives and what powerful servants of Christ they are!
These two are getting MARRIED! ;) LOVE THEM!
I laughed so hard my cheeks hurt!
Daddy's bday! The kids made gifts for him and even put on an elaborate play complete with costume and set changes about the Good Samaritian. I had no idea! They'd planned it for a week!
We're so blessed by this man and his influence in our lives. He's the most amazing father and husband the world could ever have!
My promise from God that He is in control! Plumerias hold a special place in my heart. They are more meaningful to me than anyone (except my mom) knows. So the day we moved into our new home, broken, sad, and scared....my precious 7 year old brought me flowers. Plumerias are growing all over our new home. I instantly felt the Lord telling me "it's going to be ok. I've got this." God is so good!
SM picking plumerias
School at our new house.
Coffee is good for special occasions!
We sold most of our possessions. But our kids aren't missing out on much fun! This was a precious moment that I had to capture!
Lots and lots of prayer and scripture reading on my part! God has been working on me in many ways and He's brought me to an amazing place!!!!!
"You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore."- Psalm 16:11
