ConnectMed Surgeries day 2 (part 2)

With Grace's surgery complete she is now able to see herself for the first time post surgery!

Isn't she beautiful?!  Her nose cannula will come out in a day or so

My favorite part of the day was when her dad saw her for the first time!  He was overjoyed!  

This picture just makes me cry!

Grace's dad wanted to pray immediately and thank God for His provisions, protection, and blessings!

This mother was another highlight of our day.  She came in and immediately started crying and praying over her son!  Her joy was overwhelming!  There wasn't a dry eye in the room!

I saw this precious baby girl yesterday with her mom.  I'll post before and after pics later.  She's a cute little fiesty thing but we all love her so!

Isn't she just beautiful!

Here is a mom and baby learning how to suck again.  Everything is new and different.  So before going to the breast we gave her some diluted juice in a bottle to get her used to the change.  She did great!  

More pics coming tomorrow!  This week is just simply amazing!  To God be the GLORY!

ConnectMed surgeries day 2 (part 1)

Here is Owen.  He had bilateral cleft lip that was repaired by Dr. Ro!  His dad is holding him.

Here is Gracie!  Hers is a unilateral cleft lip with nose repair.  She's being held by Daddy.
