The Easter weekend at Gusu was an amazing success and all of the glory goes to our Heavenly Father! Praise God for HIS provisions and HIS work that was accomplished. My next few posts will showcase different events that went on this past weekend. Jeremy was the official photographer for the weekend and he took nearly 1700 photos. Don't worry, you won't see them all here. But I will take a few photos from each event to show you how busy the hands and feet of the Lord were. "In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)

"'Have faith in God,' Jesus answered. 'I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins'" (Mark 11:22-25).
Here is a picture of Gusu village (also known as Jidi village) as the team arrived. There was already a line formed for the medical clinic.

The line grows! The first night (Friday night) was a mobile clinic for children.

This is how the team slept. Nearly 30 people shared this small space! Needless to say, they got to know each other a little too well!
