Snow!

Believe it or not we received about 6 inches of snow last Friday. It snowed for over 18 hours straight and we were out in it for at least 8 of those hours! The good thing was, it wasn't too cold. The wind wasn't bad and as long as we stayed dry we were o.k. But we went through a TON of clothes that weekend! I'm just now caught up on the laundry. Enjoy the pictures!

Snow #2!!

This past weekend it snowed YET AGAIN in the South. I don't think there was any accumulation since it rained all the day before. But still...that's the second snow in two months. Then 36 hours later it was 69 degrees and sunny. The kids were asleep during this last snow. But it did sleet early that afternoon. So we had a little science lesson on what sleet and hail was and the kids got to pick it up and hold it. I think they liked it. Tink wanted to stand under it while it was coming down. But I suggested that she wait until the sleet storm was over before venturing out....unless she wanted to loose an eye.
